Ashlyn - Brady Consulting will work with internal leadership and management personnel to understand what your company is looking to achieve, so we can better set the overall scope of the project.  Every client will have a unique set of goals, and we are there to help facilitate the desired outcome.    

After all work is agreed to and projects timelines are approved, we will work within the project scope to facilitate the desired outcome.  We also understand the nature of the manufacturing industry and will continually work with company leadership and management personnel to ensure both the project and the business are prioritized appropriately.  

Once we understand the goals of your organization, we will conduct an initial review of internal systems, as having a complete understanding of how the current QMS aligns with industry standards, customer requirements and internal goals, is critical in developing a road map for success.  Upon completion, we will provide your company with a project scope, including cost breakdowns and projected timing.  

Ashlyn - Brady will provide a full report of all project deliverables prior to closing out the project.  This will be reviewed with company stakeholders and approved, prior to project completion.  We want to ensure all customer expectations are fully realized within the scope of the project, prior to closing.   

Ashlyn - Brady will work with organizational leadership to align resources internally in support of the project.  Depending on the overall scope, projects will have a varying degree of timing and personnel requirements, and we will always strive to limit the resource allocation of internal personnel wherever applicable.
